สารกรองน้ำเรซิน Resin

Cation Resin = ประจุบวก *สำหรับลดความกระด้าง หรือหินปูนที่มากับน้ำดิบ

Antion Resin = ประจุลบ

สารกรองเรซิ่น สารกรองประเภทนี้จะมีอยู่ 2 ประเภทคือเป็นแบบไออ้อนบวก และไออ้อนลบ โดยทั่วไปจะนิยมใช้แบบแคทไออ้อนเรซิ่น หรือไออ้อนบวก โดยจะใช้นำมากรองความกระด้าง ความกระด้างเป็นสารละลายที่อยู่ในรูปของไออ้อนต่าง ๆ โดยสารกรองจะมีคุณสมบัติในการแลกเปลี่ยน ไอ อ้อน ซึ่งจะทำให้ความกระด้างออกจากน้ำ สารกรองเรซิ่นเมื่อผ่านการใช้งานไปได้ระยะหนึ่งจะเสื่อมสภาพลงและหมดสภาพไปไม่ สามารถแลก เปลี่ยนไออ้อนได้อีก จึงต้องทำการฟื้นสภาพ หรือรีเจนเนอเรชั่น เพื่อให้มีความสามารถในการแลกเปลี่ยนไออ้อนดังเดิม หรือ ใกล้เคียงสภาพ เดิม โดยทั่วไปในการฟื้นสภาพ เรซินจะใช้สารละลายเกลือแกงความเข้มข้นตามที่ผู้ผลิตกำหนด โดยให้ค่อย ๆ ไหลผ่าน หรือโดยแช่เรซินในสารละลายดังกล่าวเป็นระยะเวลาหนึ่ง (1-2 ชั่วโมง) แล้วล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาดให้หมดความเค็ม เรซินที่ผ่านการใช้งาน และการฟื้นสภาพมา หลายครั้งแล้ว จะมีความสามารถแลกเปลี่ยนไออ้อนลดลง จึงต้องทำการเปลี่ยนสารเรซินใหม่ โดยสเปคของผู้ผลิตระบุให้ อยู่ประมาณ 1 - 2 ปี ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพดิบ และปริมาณการใช้น้ำของแต่ละแห่ง

Dowex Model HCR S/S is a gel type strongly acidic cation exchange resin of the sulphonated polystyrene type. IT is used for industrial water softening (in Na+ form) in co-flow regenerated units. Its principal characteristics are excellent physical, chemical and thermal stability stability, good ion exchange kinetics and high exchange capacity.

Dowex Model HCR S/S is suitable for industrial uses.
